Noob to installing mod tools. #38

Hi Jayveer and anyone who is reading this,
I'm new to coding and moding and currently want extract the 3D files from Death Stranding (love the game <3.
I've downloaded the 2.7 code but do not now were the Gui.exe file is. Is this something I need to compile and run? I'm not sure what to do to run the Gui Decima Explorer.
Sorry if there is an obvious solution to this and thanks for your time :)
