• Release 4.0 without Xerces

  The release 4.0 will get rid of Xerces 1.2 and replace this old vulnerable implementation by a Javax based one contributed by @mjpcger. It is a major version change. So, it will also contain some other code improvement and backward incompatible changes. Nevertheless, most of the existing implementations should work seamlessly together with the new implementation.
