Better handling for dates

We need to do a few things with the dates field.

• Split date field in to multiple fields
• The date field should now be exclusively a date picker (no time) that uses the standard material date picker
• Create the datetime field which should use this library @matheo/datepicker
• Create a time field which is used for just selecting time
