Add create storage backup methos

The idea is that we can easily backup a specific folder from cloud storage for any project. The command should go something like this:

fbs storage backup [path] [destination]

[path] = defaults to "/"
[destiation] = defaults to default bucket but it should be possible to change it to some other bucket as needed.
