Issue with Avanade voucher for GitHub Copilot certification exam

Good afternoon, I'm part of Avanade Organization and I need to take the certification Exam on PSI platform. I connected my personal account to Avanade organization, added my Avanade email to my gitHub account and made it the default address but I'm not getting the voucher for my free exam on PSI. A colleague from Avanade told me you can help me, Can you? What should I do? Thank you
