Optimize npsf and ndeg #3
Description
Optimize the number of polynomial coefficient fits necessary for different instrument PSFs and modes. Will likely depend on size of wavelength range being fit as well as the actual wavelength (e.g., MIRI PSFs may not need as higher order polynomial as SW NIRCam).
Also optimize the ndeg required to the residuals for WFE drift, WFE field, and WFE mask options. Do we need to fit all coeff residuals, or can some assume to be 0?
Create a quick option for coronagraphic mask coefficients that doesn't perform the current high-fidelity fits (which can take a while and use up a lot of RAM).
