Do not show Popup and filter tweets when user clicks on the map with opened SlidePanel #96
Description
Open SlidePanel then click on the Map.
When user clicks on the map it will hide SlidePanel and immediately show popup with data where user clicked. We should keep this iteraction as hiding the SlidePanel and do not show any popups on the map. Otherwise it is very confusing if your click was designated to close Popup only.
