Certain plugin functionality remains after uninstalling a plugin #827
Description
What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?
In this example, the creative mode plugin is being installed and uninstalled, after uninstalling or disabling the plugin, i should not be able to use the plugin functionalities.

What happens instead?
I am able to use the plugin functionalities after uninstalling the plugin or disabling it, i can see the plugin specific keybinds still in my keybind settings. Only after resetting the application does the keybind disapear
