Several close buttons

There is 2 close buttons instead of one.
So 'im using :

``` js
growlProvider.globalDisableCloseButton(false);
```

Also, the option :

``` js
growlProvider.globalDisableCountDown(false);
```

makes another close button appear when set to true, and the countdown is on one of the buttons. So I end up with 3 close buttons if both option are enabled.
