Invitations: Pending Invitations Grid Shows Other Users' Invitations too

Description

Pending invitations grid for a user incorrectly shows invitations for other users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the application as user A
2. Navigate to teams
3. Select a team and send an invite to an existing user B
4. Login in other browser tab as User B
5. Accept the invitation received via email
6. Observe Pending invitations grid

Expected Behavior

Pending invitations grid- Only User B’s invitations should be listed.

Actual Behavior

Pending invitations grid- All users invitations are listed in the grid

Misleading information in UI, confusion for admins.

The issue is reproducible according to the steps described by @SumanaRameshBaswan,

My Observations -

1. I am user A, and created a Team named AAA.
2. I invited an already registered user, B, to join the team AAA.
3. If user B accepts the invitation to join the respective team, they get access to the team AAA.
4. Now, users and invitations of the team AAA will be visible to B as well because he is a part of the team now.

If something else is expected here, such as keeping invitations separate by user (who created them), this can be achieved by applying a filter on created_by_user_id at BE or FE.

If the above is expected, then also clarify do you want the same in the User's Grid as well.

However, the Ideal Flow should be that invitations should not be visible to anyone after acceptance/decline, as it's a pending invitations Grid.
