Invitations: Not Able to Accept/Decline the Invitations received to existing user

Description

Existing User is not able to accept/decline the invitation received on email

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the application as user A
2. Navigate to teams
3. Select a team and send an invite to an existing user B
4. Open a new tab in another browser
5. Open the link received by user B
6. Log in to the application

Expected Behaviour

At step 6, the User should be able to accept/decline the invitation
Pending invitations grid- Status should update to "Accepted"/"Rejected".
The user should be displayed in the current users grid

Actual Behaviour

At step 6, not sure if the invite is accepted automatically. No Accept/Decline UI appears.
Pending invitations grid- Status remains "Pending".
User is not displayed in the current users grid

Misleading information in UI, confusion for User B.
