Embed GraalVM libraries instead of having them exposed by Jahia core

Instead of exposing the GraalVM dependencies (graal-sdk, truffle-api, etc.) in Jahia core and using them in JS Modules Engine, embed them directly in JS Modules Engine.
By exporting their package, we should be backward compatible (customers using those will only need to redo their wiring).
