Instructions to build from source

It would be nice to have more informations on documentation about building the program from source to get the very latest improvements.

check out the makefile (https://github.com/Jacotsu/polibeepsync/blob/master/Makefile#L45).
This will build an exe or app file (depending on your platform), if you only want to use the latest release, just clone the repository and then execute pip3 install --user -e . while in the repo directory
