Upgrade to Angular latest version to use Ivy and fix console warning.

Hi @Jackson88 Can you please let us know when are you going to upgrade to angular version(>=9)
This will help to -

1. Fix legacy Ivy related warnings as shown in ng2-cache-ngcc-issue.png.
2. Latest angular version will be used.

Hi @Jackson88 Is there is simple and easy way to enable Ivy in this library without forking? Are you going to add support for Ivy and latest angular. Could you please give some reference?
