Suggestion to improve the Bass Enhancing + Perfect EQ preset

Hi!

I've been using the Bass Enhancing + Perfect EQ preset for a long time and I love it! But there are two little problems:

• the volume was too quiet, I had to raise to input to 0db on the Equalizer and Convolver and add a Limiter
• the Convolver was adding a lot of latency, I modified the IRS files in Audacity to make them shorter, while keeping the best sound quality

I've created a Low Latency variant of 3 IRS files:

• MaxxAudio Pro ((128K MP3)) 4.Music w MaxxSpace
• Razor Surround ((48k Z-Edition)) 2.Stereo +20 bass
• Waves MaxxAudio ((Z-Edition)) AudioWizard 1.Music

Hei @Ramine0 thank you very much for the work, I'll try them when I have some time.

I'll probably make a "lower latency" version of the presets, keeping the originals as they are now.

Hey, this is great, thanks for you answer. I'm also experimenting with the Bass Enhancer like in #47 but it can cause distorsions like you said in this issue. But the limiter seems to fix it. Maybe it's actually possible to adjust the bass level even with the Convolver.

Update: I found the Razor Surround files online and I saw there's a version with more bass. I also created a Low Latency version of it. It sounds better than the Waves Audio Low Latency that I was using before, at least with my headphones.
