GNormPlus Multiplier doesn't return CAS for already processed documents #178
Description
When skipping of document is enabled that are already present in the database, only the first CAS of each batch is forwarded into the pipeline. This is a bug, all CASes should still be forwarded there should just be no GNormPlus processing.
