Prompt doesn't reset color

This line:

PS1="\[\033[0;36m\](${_PROMPT}) ${PS1:-}"

Seems to assume that the existing prompt will start with a reset, but I am working on a system where that is not the case, so envr causes everything to be cyan.

Manual fix does seem to resolve it:

export PS1="\[\033[0;36m\](B2R13)\033[0m \u@\h:\w\$ "
