Can't access some specific MacOs directories from the default java FileBrowsers

Trying to load some data from $HOME/Desktop or $HOME/Downloads from the default JAVA filebrowsers is not possible.

This issue need more investigation to know if this is related to our jMCS code or due to some JVM versions ?

Is it the good time to switch every filebrowser to the native one instead of those provided by java ?
