Allowing to setup P2 observation parameters from Aspro2 #32

Is there a way to set the "sky transparency" and "types of interferometric observations" in Aspro for the template creation? It has to be changed by hand once imported, I haven't see the option for this.
To be generalised to all P2 setups that could be defined from Aspro2 to allow to configure multiple Obs at once instead of changing parameters in P2 for each OB.
