Write change log + data paper

Write the following documents:

• JSDC3 release notes (summary + statistics)

• JSDC3 README for CDS Vizier (column meta data)

• JSDC3 full data model (+ changes)

• 2 workflow diagram for JSDC2 & 3 (based on scenarios as xml files)

• data paper (early 25 = PASP or arxiv/hal public archives):

  • Authors: LB, GM, Sylvain Lafrasse (LAPP), JPB, Pierre Cruzalebes, Gilles Duvert, Alain Chelli
  • abstract
  • used catalogs (describe MDFC / GAIA DR3 selected columns)
  • scenario update (with JSDC2 & 3 diagrams)
  • updated candidates (SIMBAD x ASCC x MDFC) for 2.5e6 stars
  • updated xmatch algorithm (pm + gaia V)
  • method update on stellar diameter computation:
    1 - bright (VJHK + SPTYPE)
    2 - faint (VJHK + NO SPTYPE) => best(chi2) + guess SPTYPE_JMMC
    3 - new fainter (G->V JHK +/- SPTYPE): lower confidence => diameter rough estimation
  • updated CalFlag (new XM flag + IR flag) + scaled chi2 (good if < 5)
  • Data summary & statistics
  • Lots of nice (stilts) Plots + compare with GAIA radius vs LDD_jsdc
