Ingest full JSDC3 (+ query cache) with TAP access #10
Description
Import the full JSDC3 catalog into the JMMC TAP database using postgres + pgsphere (RA/DE spatial index) but also intermediate query catalog cache to identify sources accross catalogs ~ 10Gb + 30Gb (TSV or CSV files).
