Refactor project structure

To ensure the readability of this project is optimal, evaluate project structure and add new images
Docker-compose files to add break into separate cards

• add tensor-flow-gpu
• add wallabag
• add nginx for creating portal to all containers and sites on a system/LAN/WAN on port 80 with routes
• add git-lab for raspberry-pi/arm
• add git-tea
• add gitgogs
  Documentation
• add folder for additional notebooks
• add cards for adding notebooks for each of the compose files in the repo
