[Bug][1.21.1] Duplication error using Mekanism configurator on any pipe

Mods used:

• Camol 1.21.1-0.3.0
• Mekanism 10.7.17
• NeoForge 21.1.216

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place any mekanism pipes, use a camo block with ex. grass block on the pipe
2. Use the configurator in wrench mode and sneak right the pipe in the camo block
3. Pipe gets removed but the camo block stays
4. Use camo block now to "remove" the empty camo block
5. Camo block stays and drops another camo block

You can now repeat step 4 to duplicate the camo block. The only way to remove the camo block is to place any block into it and remove it as intended. Probably works with other mods that got pipes and get instantly removed via a wrench.
