How to get the information of the voronoi vertices and which voronoi cells it is sharing with ? I want to mean in general a vertex is shared by 3 cells. How to get the information of the 3 cells ?

Unfortunately, the library doesn't have those connections.

But, you should be able traverse each site and it's edges and build this table yourself.

I don't think it's something I'll put in the library itself, but it sounds like a candidate for a helper function in a separate file, or at least in the documentation (or the tests)
