Flask App Creation #2
Description
Build a Flask App using this codebase. It would step people through Vigenere by tutorial showing how it is created and then also allow them to encrypt/decrypt their own messages.
Major part of building the Flask app would be explanation/educational part about how Vigenere works. Would be cool to have it be a step by step guide that "animates" the process for the user.
