Doesn't work with Jriver Media and MediaMonkey

Hi,

Deskthing doesn't work with 2 apps, Jriver Media and MediaMonkey. I didn't tried yet with VLC and Windows Media.
Works nice with Youtube.

I'm working on a more robust fix for local audio

It's still theoretical, but it should make it more reliable
