Player.vue displays data from current player instead of the player's own data

In Player.vue:

• The currentPlayer field isn't used properly, leading to other players seeing the data of the player whose turn it is in their UI instead of their own data
• The "Play Card" button doesn't update (e.g. disable if all cards are played) after playing a development card
