App status is always 0% even when running #4
Description
The status shown for an ASP.NET app is always 0% even when the app is running fine and is available at the displayed URL, as in the following output:
18> cf apps
Getting applications in testing... OK
name status usage url
testwebapp 0% 1 x 256M testwebapp.172.21.140.18.xip.io
It's not clear right now whether this is a general CF bug or something specific to IronFoundry.
