Determine whether lock icon can be displayed #11
Description
On some terminal sessions, instead of displaying the lock icon, ironsftp displays \360\237\224\222. Not so cool. This isn't an issue with the terminal font, although that can probably also be a problem. Need to find a way to determine whether the terminal can display the lock icon, and if not, use a different marker for secure files.
