Ore Silo is SOMETIMES broken

Issue Summary:

SOMETIMES, when I click on Ore Silo, I get greeted by this window:

And when I open it fully I get greeted by this wonderful window:

Then the round after it- it worked fine.
It wasnt just a problem for me, because other people had this issue aswell when they tried to look at it too.
