Find a way to run package tests on COPR package builds

Description

I had to disable python tests from running during package build in order to successfully build in COPR.

Find a way to remedy this.

According to the comments at this fedora discussion thread it looks like running Common Folder Custodian's tests within Fedora packaging infrastructure is not an easy thing to do, if at all possible.
