🐛 DRep re-registration always shows the previous metadata, not the new one

Context

I was testing IPFS, but I came across a different bug. When I re-register as a DRep, after being retired, GTool shows me the previous registration's metadata. I changed my DRep data on the re-registration, but it consistently shows me the metadata just previous to the new one.

I did not check the DRep ID, nor any transaction data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be a retired DRep
2. re-register with new metadata
3. look at your metadata

Actual behavior

The previously-registered metadata shows, not the new one

Expected behavior

I should see the new DRep metadata

@MSzalowski after about 10 minutes, the correct registration metadata came up:

[m-i-k-e]

Note: The fix for this could be as easy as adding a bit of text to say that there is a delay in processing changes of DRep metadata. I found it very off putting when I did it, and I did not expect the system to actually catch up, but it does.

Without knowing the exact architecture, I'd say that this is a delay caused by DBsync needing some time to catch up with itself.
