This is good news - thanx! Is there any information channel to get the information when this feature is implemented and can be made use of? Or do I have to check the calendar functions from time to time to see if any new switches or select methods are popping up in the create new calendar entry window? |

Hello, is it somehow possible to make use of "groups" while selecting participants for a calendar invitation? I have organized addressbook contacts by assigning them keywords to group them together. I.e. three people have the keyword "Leitung" in the "Function" field of their addressbook.
By creating a calendar invitation for these people I can type "Leitung" (1) into the "Attendance" field and it seems that GO is making use of it by displaying only people (2) with this keyword in their function field which is great:
BUT how can I select all of them at once putting them into the list of invitees? As soon as I klick on one of them it is selected and the list of people disappears without any chance to select the rest of the displayed group of people. Because I also have groups with about 50 people (grouped by the same keyword) it would be a nightmare to put them on the invitie list one by one.
Or am I missig here some basic things and there are more simple ways to do this? Kind regards, Walter
