New location for examples and ROS

As I'm sure you know, the example Arduino sketches have moved from a folder in the sketchbook to being inside the library. The [tutorial for motor IDs](http://learn.trossenrobotics.com/arbotix/arbotix-getting-started/1-setting-dynamixel-ids-with-the-dynamanager.html#&panel1-1) will need to be updated (right at the top) to show:
