feat: filter module testing with Simulink (or MATLAB API) + Python pytest

I started developing the bandpass filtering and rectification on Simulink, howerver, to test and deploy to MyoKTROS, the model needs to be run on Python runtime.
Inspired by the above, I will investigate into it.
