Admin: add images to non-detailed events

Currently an image can only be added to a detailed event. Non-detailed events can get a description, though, even though this is not displayed anywhere on the site. It would be nice if the "Event schedule" view on the website could have images on non-detailed events, like "Saunavuorot" as well, even as these don't need to show up on the "Program" page.
