Suggestion: Negative GP thresholds in Auto Casts -> Enable Actions

Allow negative GP values in this UI to indicate an action should be used when you're above or below that GP deficit.

E.g. if using normal low quality Cordials one would check Below and -300 to use them whenever missing 300 GP.

This is sort of duplicate of just solving for your GP but it makes presets more easily sharable across different gear sets.
