Hi, I’d like to work on this semantic check rule.

I can implement detection for prohibited double unary operators such as -- and ~~ by following the existing rule patterns in the codebase and flagging them as errors during semantic analysis.

Approach:

• Identify the appropriate stage in the semantic checker to validate unary operators
• Detect consecutive unary operators that are not allowed
• Emit a clear error when such patterns are encountered
• Add tests to ensure valid cases pass and invalid cases are correctly flagged

I’ll keep the implementation minimal and consistent with the existing semantic rules.
