Apologies -- I missed testing the build pipeline on my fork, and it appears setup-python and/or yaml formatting wasn't ready for version 3.10! Have bumped and verified that everything up to publish step should work. |

Addresses setup-python@v5 behaviour, parsing 3.10 as 3.1. Bumped setup-python to v6, and bumped python version to 3.14.
