Resize images before serving #4

Hi all,
images should be resized before serving them.
Otherwise this takes a lot of bandwith which results in long loading times and puts a lot of data on data plans (e.g. mobile).
See for instance the team page which takes 30 MB of data because the people images are served in full resolution/size
@ALL Could you add me as contributor to the repository, so that I can provide a fix without having to fork.
