Feature request: Bloodmarks on bodies

I tried copying it into this repository but I fucked it up as it didn't work at all. I'm too dumb to implement it apparently. It would be a welcome feature for most modders I feel.

@Im-dex You can feel free to scrap this idea if it's not to your interest, as I managed to implement it myself already. I'd share the code but it's very sloppy (I basically copy-pasted), I'd have to clean it up a lot before it would conform with your code.

@Swartz27 I have not enough time to implement a lot of features and renderer evolution isn't prioritized for me right now. But I will start graphics improvement soon or later, and it will be awesome if you could submit PR for this feature earlier.
