Create category for unidentified pins and flag them for edit wikipedia-style #86
Description
Some pins are difficult to identify (year, origin, what the title might be, if it's truly a DI pin), either because of poor image quality or lack of text/context. We need to be able to upload these pins into their own category that is flagged for general users or mods to fix when new information is available.
The flag should be some sort of marker, maybe an exclamation point icon that appears on the top right corner of the pin image (useful for search results more so than the general listing)

Incomplete Information
Quarantine
