CUDA Error

Hi,

I got the CUDA error while trying to use SpliceAI. I tried to install with both pip and conda, but I still got the same error. I updated the nvidia cuda toolkit and I have all the necessities. The error is written as below. I would be glad if you could help me to resolve the issue.

To enable the following instructions: AVX2 AVX512F AVX512_VNNI FMA, in other operations, rebuild TensorFlow with the appropriate compiler flags.

This happens when the tensorflow version is incompatible with the GPU you are trying to run it on (depending on your GPU, you can google which tensorflow versions/CUDA drivers work). Outside of SpliceAI, if you can install tensorflow and run "import tensorflow" successfully, this will be solved.
