SpliceAI run time is too long

Hi,

I have a VCF file with 9023257 number of variants in it and I am running Splice AI on it locally (Its running for more than 8hrs and it hasn't finished yet). The processor that I am currently using to run is Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 0 @ 2.60GHz.

Is there any way I could speed the process up?

No update just yet, please look into the precomputed scores https://basespace.illumina.com/s/otSPW8hnhaZR and see if that helps you out. You only need to score those that are not already scored.
