Create speech bubble component

The component should be named: QASpeechBubble

This can also be found in the figma.

• Note the color of the speech bubble
• Note that it should render text, and it's width should be dynamic based on the amount of text that is in the speech bubble and the height based on the amount of rows
• Note the direction of the speech bubble (always on the right, with the dangling part on the right)

The component should take in the props: answerText
