Bill Search: Issue with bill_id suffixes #41
Description
Currently bill_ids are parsed and turned into API queries using a series of .replace(//, '') calls that strip out the bill version abbreviations. There are a number of codes that are currently unhandled. The full list of codes can be found here.
As a consequence of some version abbreviations not being removed because they lack a matching regex, some getBillTitle calls receive the wrong code and do not display a title.
