Serialise dev wise

Actually I can only serialise project wise.
What if I want to store the gantt of a Dev ?
Devs should also have their serialise method, that would call serialise of their calendar

Harder question : how to unserialise to instanciate a project afterward

Reopen as the fix in 6550044 does not adress the entire feature.
The features are not stored, therefore the gantt is empty. The only part stored is the workload, but this is not enoug...
