Missing TCA configuration for sys_file

The file ext_tables.sql defines the column tx_filefill_identifier on table sys_file.

The corresponding TCA configuration is currently missing, which leads to the exception Unknown column 'tx_filefill_identifier' in 'field list'

How to reproduce

1. Open the frontend the error should occure

Extension version: 4..4.0
TYPO3 version: 12.4.36

The identifier is a field not meant to be visible within the backend. Would you mind to share some information where and how you get the exception?

The exception is thrown while rendering the frontend on a local dev system.

It’s a TYPO3 12 using the version 4.

Now the issue happens while running the upgrade wizard.

Updated the description and removed the stacktrace since it's related to a missing column.

As neither me nor others can reproduce the issue the error message and stack trace would be very helpful to verify the problem. Do you have any other extensions in your project that deal with the sql configuration? I'm not aware of enforced TCA configuration for database fields within TYPO3
