NeWS/GTerm: missing files

There are 3 files missing from GTerm distribution:

• io.c
• sampl.gtermrc
• sampl.user.ps

The terminal doesn't build without io.c. With the io.c taken from Grasshopper's psterm (the earlier
iteration) seems to work, but on the first execution complains about not finding a .gtermrc.

When I'll find the original ones I'll surely do...

For now it works with io.c from news-tape/applications/psterm, copying sampl.pstermrc to ~/.gtermrc and modifying "PSTermDict" to "GTermDict_1".
