[enhancement] Measure scheduling : time units selection #56
Description
When scheduling a periodic measure execution, the "period" field is expressed in miliseconds.
This is not at all convenient when scheduling measures on a period of several days or odd values.
It would be way better to be able to choose the unit in which we express the period.
